Yes, Improsys WMS is installed on a cloud server through which the software can be accessed online. The client can access the software by simply using a web browser like Chrome, Firefox, etc on their laptop, mobile, or tablets.
How long WMS software are supported?
Post the completion of the implementation of software Improsys provides bug-free support for the WMS software. Additionally, any requirements/queries/suggestions regarding the software can be communicated to our representative through email / SMS / phone.

Pay per use Charges: Charges applicable in this scheme are based on the number of Inward and outward transactions basis. Per transaction charges are applicable. This model also involves charges on the number of storage locations added to the software on a time basis. Additionally, one-time installation, training, and handholding support are applicable for each warehouse. Support charges are applicable per support ticket request basis.
What is the technology used to develop? What is the database used?
Improsys WMS is developed using latest .NET framwework technology. It is developed in c# language.
The database used in backend in MS-SQL database.
If WMS is installed on a on-premise server, can we access it from remote location?
Yes, usually the static IP settings are required to be done at your server. These settings are usually done by the hardware service provider. After these settings are completed, you can access the software from remote location.

Improsys maintains all the security guidelines as per ISO 27001:2015. Improsys never uses/accesses client data for personal use.
