Collaboration

All professional scanning service providers index and organize scanned copy of documents in the DMS of your choice. We enable the Greenbox account for your service providers where all scanned documents can be saved after scanning for your access.

We have tie-ups with several document scanning service providers who take care of digitizing the documents and saving it in your Greenbox account.
Can document upload be automated?

No, there are no limits on individual account storage. You can utilize the total storage space through one or multiple user accounts.

Greenbox does not restrict any file type storage. Any computer-generated and scanned file can be stored in the Greenbox. However, we recommend specifying the media formats while implementation in order to ensure it is as per acceptable standards.
