The Income Tax functionality enables the organization to reduce the complexity of managing employee tax deductions. Each employee can generate an IT planner at any time. The planner takes into account earned salary, projected salary, savings projections and prepares a planner. The employee can plug in different savings values and the planner will display the tax liability. The employee can then enter the savings in our Employee Self Service Portal along with any supporting documents. Once these plans are approved by the concerned authority they will be considered in determining the monthly TDS of the employee for the remaining part of the year. This exercise can be carried out at any time in the financial year depending on the company’s practices.

247HRM, the Income Tax software module in our HR Management System, is seamlessly integrated with our Payroll software and our Employee Self Service software. The HRMS integration ensures that data such as savings projections, salaries, non-regular allowances and deductions are entered once and used throughout our HR Management Software. Our Income Tax software is fully integrated with our Payroll software and allows employees to plan their taxes accurately at any time during the financial year.
Our Income Tax module is seamlessly integrated with the rest of the modules in our Human Resources Management System. Salary information from Payroll & savings information from Employee Self Service are used in Tax Calculation.
Employee savings projections can be captured in the Income Tax module or from the ESS at any time during the year. TDS is calculated for the remainder of the year and used while generating Payroll.
Employees can obtain an IT Planning excel file. The formulae in the excel sheet will allow the employee to plug in various projections based on exemptions (investments, insurances, bonds etc) that are approved by the government and view the impact on tax liability.
The tedium of generating 24Q manually is eliminated by our IT module. A text file is generated which can be verified by the FVU utility available on the IT departments website and its output can directly be uploaded to the TIN website. You no longer have to re-enter all employee, salary & tax data into a different application developed by the IT department or others to generate the 24Q file.
These are easily generated using payroll, tax and exemption data available within the suite.

Our Leave management system allows you to define unlimited leave types. Different leave types can be assigned to different grades and employment types. Leave benefits automatically change when employee grades or employment types are changed.
Leave applications can be accepted from our desktop based utility, excel sheets or from the Employee Self Service portal. Approvals can be made from the desktop or from the ESS
Leave balances are kept up-to-date on a monthly basis. Automatic leave accruals are applied at the end of the month and the new balance calculated
Our Leave Management System supports customizable multilevel approval workflow. The system sends out email notifications to the applicant and the approving authorities during the leave approval process
This limits the number of leaves per encashment and balance after encashment can be defined by leave type. When leave encashment is approved the amount can be paid in the next Payroll cycle.
